The desk will also be able to help you with lost property, gift cards, wheelchairs and our other services. We'll even do what we can to help you with any questions you might have about Aberdeen city centre.
Bon Accord & St Nicholas gift card
We think this is the perfect present for any occasion - a gift card that the recipient can spend in their favourite stores in the Bon Accord & St Nicholas centres. You can buy cards at our Information Desk on the upper mall of Bon Accord, and the team will also help with any balance enquiries.
Car parking & valeting
We've handy car parking available in our Harriet Street and Loch Street car parks - and you can get your car cleaned while you shop. See more about car parking here
Accessibility
It's important to us that all of our shoppers enjoy their time visiting Bon Accord & St Nicholas. Wheelchairs are available from either the car park or Bon Accord at no cost.
Lost Property
If you've lost something in the centre, we'll do what we can to return it to you. Contact our Information Desk on the upper mall, speak to one of our members of staff, or call us on 01224 647470. We'll take your details and, if your item is found, we'll return it to you. Any lost property we find in the centre is kept here for one week before we hand it into the Police Station at Queen Street.

Little Shoppers Stay Safe
If you're shopping with little ones, you may want to use our Little Shoppers Stay Safe service. Pick up a wristband for your little shoppers from our Information Desk, The Disney Store, Build-A-Bear Workshop or The Early Learning Centre. The wristbands have space for an emergency contact number should you become separated during your visit.
