Wheelchair availability
Wheelchairs are available to borrow at no cost for customers, and can be used both inside Bon Accord & St Nicholas and elsewhere in the city centre. To request a wheelchair, press the button for assistance at the ticket barrier when you're entering the car park, and a member of staff will meet you at your car with a wheelchair once you're parked. Alternatively, speak to a member of staff in the centres or at our Information Desk on the upper mall of Bon Accord. This service cannot be pre-booked, and availability is subject to demand.
Disabled parking
There are more than 40 disabled parking bays located around Harriet Street and Loch Street car parks. Please note that charges apply. See more about our car park
Guide dogs
We don't allow pets in Bon Accord & St Nicholas, but guide or assistance dogs are welcome.
